The TT.

So. It's 2013. And I haven't posted yet this year. And it's the back end of September.
Well I have an excuse I'm my defence. In February arrived our first beautiful baby girl.
Also had a couple of cars since the last update. A 2000 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI Then I fancied a 4x4 so I got a Nissan Pathfinder. I raised this 2.5" and fitted some Cooper Discoverer STT. Then did a little off-roading.
Then I got a Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8. I swapped the 20" OEM. Range Rover sport wheels for 22" Kahn wheels.
And now I have another "Fitment" car. An Audi TT Quattro on Air. With Rotiform BLQ. 18x8.5j.
The plan is to upgrade the air suspension. With either a larger or second tank. And upgrade to dual Viair compressor. Then change the factory 180bhp K03 turbo to a 225bhp model K04 turbo.
Happy with the aesthetics of the car. It has exhaust outlet delete. Front number plate and side indicator delete too. I may change the wheels eventually.

The car is scary clean being restored prefectly bolt by bolt.
His attention to detail is unbelievable. This will be a work of art when finished.

The right base car for a project is key,
These two builds are unbelievable, 2 Saab 93's done right.

The First 93 is beautiful, perfect stance on 17×9 +27 BBS RS wrapped in 215/40 rubber and powered by Subaru's STi 6-speed with full interior and STi Brembos all around.





The following 93 is even more amazing than the last.
Fitted correctly but the running gear has been swapped for Dodge Vipers SRT10 Running Gear.

Civic EL?!

What's happening everyone? It's Mike here, Pip has given me the right to post on The Fitment Collective since he's away a lot. So let's get started!



The weather has been real bad here lately so I've been trawling forums and blogs hunting out some inspiration for winter rebuilds. There's so many savage cars out there, people are doing it right all over the place. I could have posted thousands of cars on this blog but this one really stood out (thanks to http://www.stancenation.com/). "But it's a civic!" you may say...yes it is. "There's nothing I wont have seen before that anyone could do to a civic!" you may say...don't be so sure.


This here is a 96-00 Civic but with a twist. It's had an Acura EL front end fitted. That's an Acura only available in Canada and this civic is representing the maple leaves big time. It resides in Toronto and I bet it breaks necks everywhere it rolls on those polished CCWs in 16x8.5 et 12 fitment. If you think they're awesome, just check out that tucked bay too!

Colour FTW.

I've been into white-on-white and black on black(Murdered out) cars for a long time now. The Astra Nurburgring edition was the insperation behind my previous car my Corsa D.


But recently I'm really feeling neon, The green wheels on the accord and the miss-match paint on the civic work so well. High contrasting yet they could easily be daily drivers.


The RAYS Wheels on the RX7 are seriously hardcore. Maybe a bit too lairy for a daily driver on the streets?? There's only one way to find out. Within a few days my tyres should be arriving then its off "the wheel specialists" for my alloys they'lll be returning in a neon yellow flavour.
Which will either look absolutely nails or I may be licking windows on the fail bus. Only time will tell.



After searching for a full day on eBay I've also found some spacers. 1.25 inch - about 31mm for the rear. will be ordering these at the end of the month.
So Next month the Celica should be looking flush as hell with the fitment right. Then its suspension time.....
